Grain piles in the center of railcars during loading, leaving empty space in the corners and top edges of the railcar. That's where the Toad comes in. Its patented technology loads grain more evenly, allowing it to fill railcars to the top, including the corners and top edges. This results in far greater efficiency and significant cost savings.

The Load Toad can be modified to work with a variety of loading systems and “grain-like” materials. It fits a wide range of railcar sizes and designs. And it was engineered to work in damaged railcars.

Q: Do I need to make modifications to my loading system?
A: Our engineering staff will work with your company to determine Load Toad's compatibility with your current loading system. Should any alterations to the loading equipment be necessary, our engineering staff will assist in creating a plan to incorporate the Toad into your loading system.

Q: Are system tie-ins required?
A: Load Toad connects to your rail loading system, requiring 480 3 phase power
and a 120 amp breaker.

Q: How many extra tons can I expect per railcar?
A: Product is unique to each facility within each industry. Increases of 5% are typical, but higher returns are common.
